Our Story
Half Moon Bakery is named after one of my favourite coastal towns in my home state of California - Half Moon Bay. After years and years of learning how to recreate my favourite bakes across California and London, I started Half Moon Bakery in 2026 with a goal to create truly delicious cake, cookies, and bread using high quality and locally sourced ingredients.
I’m a busy mum of two, and this bakery has grown out of everyday life: school runs, family routines, and a belief that baked good can fuel the soul. That’s where the focus on flavour, ingredients, and seasonality comes from. Half Moon Bakery is rooted in small batch baking with lots of care and no shortcuts.
My aim is simple: to make food people are delighted by.
