Half Moon Bakery is named after one of my favourite coastal towns called Half Moon Bay in my home state of California. After years and years of developing an all-star recipe collection across California and London, I started Half Moon Bakery in 2026 with a goal to make truly delicious cake, cookies, and bread using high quality and locally sourced ingredients.
I’m a busy mum of two, and this bakery has grown out of everyday life: school runs, family routines, and a belief that baked goods can fuel the soul. Most importantly, it’s a way to add a little whimsy and beauty into everyday life.
My aim is simple: to make food people are delighted by.
